MATERIALS, CRAFTSMANSHIP & COMFORT

The detail makes the difference.

Cream brick, Portland Stone and specialist mortar

Cream-toned handmade facing brick is selected to sit within the Portland Stone palette. Colour-matched specialist mortar and hand-raked joints bring depth to the masonry, with pale stone headers, cills, string courses and entrance detailing. Charcoal roof tiles, black windows and doors, and black fascias and soffits complete the coordinated exterior.

Kitchens made by hand

Designed in-house and handmade in hardwood ply, the kitchens feature contrasting American black walnut veneer interiors and flush internal LED strips. The 22mm modern shaker doors are hand-lacquered in soft matt light grey, with Calacatta quartz worktops and splashbacks continuing the restrained palette.

Signature finishes, carefully considered

Shagreen-green stingray leather feature kitchen doors are finished with double Oxford stitching and bespoke handmade marble handles. Quartz-wrapped island cabinetry is complemented by black aluminium display cabinets, with linen between two layers of glass and internal illumination. Siemens appliances are specified throughout the kitchen and utility.

Tailored bedroom joinery

The principal and second bedrooms feature bespoke hardwood-ply wardrobes with American black walnut interiors and integrated LED illumination. Light-grey leather-clad doors with twin Oxford stitching carry the same craftsmanship into the private rooms. The principal bedroom has its own dressing room and en suite.

A complete interior palette

Warm off-white and soft grey finishes are balanced by walnut, tactile leather and pale stone surfaces. Large-format porcelain is book- and pattern-matched across bathroom walls and floors, with Calacatta-toned vanity surfaces, demisting LED mirrors and sensor nightlighting. Dotless LED lighting and coordinated joinery connect the spaces.

Comfort on both floors

A Siemens air source heat pump serves underfloor heating to both the ground and first floors. Both homes are designed to target EPC A, with the final rating confirmed by the completed-home energy performance certificate.
