Rivium holds weekly team and construction meetings to assess progress and maintain productivity across all sites. Regular updates can be provided for any project as needed. If you would like to confirm whether the timing of an upcoming site meets your requirements, please get in touch.

Are there any customisation opportunities for the properties? & OPTIONS FOR security/smart features etc.

The homes can be upgraded to include wooden floors throughout. There is also the option to install wall-to-wall fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms; currently, fitted wardrobes are included in bedrooms one and two only.

Further upgrade options include single, double, or potentially triple carports, as well as a large garden pod for the rear garden. In addition, although solar panels are already fitted, battery storage can be added as an optional upgrade.

Other available enhancements include an outdoor kitchen with motorised pergola, additional landscaping and planting, and a full interior design and furniture package, including artwork.

Blinds and curtains can also be provided as part of the upgrade package.

Please note that tiling has already been completed, and the homes are already equipped with hard-wired alarm systems. Smart home features can also be discussed depending on your preferences.

What windows are fitted in your properties?

All windows are double glazed and security laminated. This specification is above the level of acoustic glass. All windows conform to DOCQ and PAS24. 

Would I be able to meet the builder & potentially view other reference properties that they have built in the area?

Rivium Homes has a number of properties at various stages, including homes currently under construction, developments in the pipeline, and completed properties that are yet to be occupied.
