Materials, craftsmanship and comfort

A signature exterior

Plots 1–3 bring together charcoal facing brick, charcoal render and roof tiles in a composed dark palette. Plots 4–9 pair pale Portland-stone-coloured brick and matching mortar with black vertical composite cladding. Across the collection, black windows, doors and double-stepped soffits and fascias give definition to the elevations. Colour-matched stone headers sit above openings within brick elevations; brick relief entrance surrounds, thin black canopies and paired door lights complete the welcome.

Kitchens made for everyday life

Bespoke handleless cabinetry creates a clean, composed kitchen, with book-matched stone surfaces adding depth and movement. Integrated appliances sit within the overall design. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living spaces allow cooking, gathering and relaxing to feel naturally connected; utility arrangements vary by house type.

The beauty of fitted joinery

American black walnut and hardwood-ply joinery bring warmth and substance to the interiors. Leather feature doors and linen-glass add tactile contrast, while fitted wardrobes and principal-suite dressing spaces combine practical storage with a carefully considered finish. Existing Rivium photography illustrates the craftsmanship; the precise arrangement and finishes follow each home’s agreed specification.

A personal sense of calm

Book-matched large-format tiling gives the bathrooms a continuous backdrop. Wall-hung sanitaryware, concealed cisterns and frameless shower screens keep the lines clear. Thermostatic brassware, heated towel radiators, illuminated mirrored cabinets and smart WCs add everyday comfort. Three-bedroom homes have two bathrooms and a separate WC; four-bedroom homes have four bathrooms and a separate WC.

Quietly working around you

Air source heat pumps serve underfloor heating on the ground and first floors, with solar PV forming part of the energy strategy. Dotless LED lighting with scene control, data cabling and EV charging are specified. EPC A is a design target, subject to final certification.

A greener threshold

Layered front-garden planting and green screening soften the approach, while hedges and fences define the individual plots. Porcelain terraces, lawns and natural planting extend life outdoors, framed by mature perimeter oaks and open green fields. Landscapes and boundaries shown in CGI are indicative and remain subject to the final sales plans.
