My name is Julia Hamon and I’m a professional model, actress, and director. I love bringing life to creative ideas and projects of all sorts. I enjoying being on the stage and behind the scenes, in front of a camera and holding it.

For the past several years, I have worked on stages across North America and Europe, discovering the energy and life of cities and countries, and enjoying the interactions between actors and audiences.

In addition to acting, I have trained as a dancer, singer and professional mime. The stage is in my blood, and whenever I encounter a new field or area that interests me, I explore it to its roots.

Paul brings a wealth of over 38 years of construction experience to the business, a bricklayer by trade worked his way to Contracts Manager for a major local contractor as well as a highly accredited local developer who was awarded Best Luxury Property 2019. 


Paul's passion is delivering a development completed to a high standard no matter what level, value or size, with the use of strong local subcontractors. 


He prides himself on being front facing a enjoys working closely with clients and purchasers to achieve their dream property and also enjoys pushing the envelope and developing new ideas and also likes nothing more than mentoring youngsters entering the industry and sharing his experience. 


Paul's buzz work is "Communication" and believes this is the key to achieving high standards and delivering projects to nothing less than an exceptional standard.” 


Paul's hobbies are Walking, Pickleball and Pilates along with spending quality time with his wife and family and watching his favorite football team Fulham Fc.
